A creative and inspiring day at Diamex!
On Sunday 10 November 2024, we organised a workshop on the theme of Asian Style in collaboration with Monika Lasota. The day brought together grooming enthusiasts to discover and perfect this unique and artistic style. The event combined technique and creativity, offering participants the opportunity to explore innovative techniques in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere.

The day began with a demonstration in which Monika shared her vision of Asian Style, which is the art of using creativity to create adorable, expressive looks. In her explanations, she emphasised the importance of understanding each dog’s anatomy to best enhance its silhouette while adding a touch of fantasy. Monika captivated the participants by encouraging them to express themselves through their own interpretation of Asian Style, where originality and creativity take centre stage.
Technical demos and valuable tips!
Throughout the day, Monika taught the essential techniques of the Asian Style, from the choice of tools to specific cutting techniques to create soft, harmonious shapes. The participants were able to observe, step by step, the transformation of each dog under the guidance of Monika, who answered every question and offered personalised advice, enabling each groomer to acquire tips that they can adapt to their own practice.
An inspiring success!
Although this was Monika’s first workshop, her experience, teaching approach and kindness made the day a real success. Participants left not only with new technical skills, but also with a source of inspiration to continue developing their style. Monika’s passion for the art of grooming touched every groomer, and the day ended with many enriching exchanges.
